This client is a trusted real estate investment management company that delivers the very best in modern apartment living. With over 55 years of experience, we manage approximately $22.2 billion in real estate assets on behalf of our global institutional clients.
They are looking for a Staff Accountant who will assist in closing the Corporate GL and producing monthly financial statements for the corporate entity.

Your role:
• Updating budgets and forecasts for non-operating expenses
• Formulating account reconciliations, debt compliance, and financial reporting
• Guaranteeing all reimbursable expenses are collected monthly and properly billed
• Assisting in the annual external audits of the private capital entities and the underlying properties
Qualifications:
• 1 - 3 years of accounting experience; CPA is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Detail oriented with great communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and experience in Yardi is a plus
