We are seeking a Site Supervisor (Hull & A-Bracket) for our shipbuilding projects at Goa (GSL), requiring a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for supervising hull fabrication, erection, and alignment activities, as well as overseeing the installation and alignment of A-Brackets, stern tubes, and associated structures. The role involves ensuring all work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards, while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors, monitor daily progress, report project status, and resolve site-related issues efficiently. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of ship hull structures, marine fabrication practices, and the ability to interpret technical drawings, along with good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills. Experience in shipyards or marine projects, particularly in propulsion system alignment, will be an added advantage.
