Cocktail Bartender – Casual
a’Mare | Crown Sydney
a’Mare is seeking an experienced Casual Cocktail Bartender to join our front-of-house team at Crown Sydney.
Renowned for classic Italian elegance with a modern edge, a’Mare offers a premium dining and bar experience. We are looking for a bartender who is confident behind the bar, passionate about hospitality, and delivers exceptional service with style and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard
Deliver warm, attentive, and professional guest service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Uphold venue standards, policies, and service procedures
About You
Minimum 1 year experience as a cocktail bartender
Strong cocktail knowledge (Italian spirits and aperitivi highly regarded)
Well-presented with excellent communication skills
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Current RSA
Full Australian working rights
