Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging videos for our SMB clients to be published on their websites and social media platforms. You will play a key role in the video creation process, from storyboarding and scriptwriting to editing and finalizing the video using industry-standard software.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their video requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative storyboards and scripts using Gen AI tools.
- Source and license high-quality images and video stock footage.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring smooth transitions, clear audio, and compelling visuals.
- Create text overlays, motion graphics, and lower thirds using After Effects to enhance the video's impact.
- Work with voiceover artists or record voiceovers using Gen AI tools to add narration to the videos.
- Ensure all videos meet branding guidelines and technical specifications for each platform (website, social media).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and techniques.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Video Editor or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience creating engaging video content for social media and websites.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of storyboarding and scriptwriting techniques.
- Experience using Gen AI tools for storyboard creation, scriptwriting, and voiceover generation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality videos.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
