Qualification Criteria - Graduation & Above
Age criteria - Min 24 yrs to Max 38 yrs

Experience Criteria - Min 1 year of Sales experience in any industry
CTC Criteria - Min 3 Lpa to Max 3.7 LPA
Location radius - In and around 25 km from branch radius
Department name - Agency channel
Designation - Associate Agency Development Manager ( AADM )
Job profile ( AADM )
1- Recruitment of agents from open market using personal contacts , Field activities and through social media platforms
2- IRDA licensing of agents ( Insurance regulatory and development authority)
3- Training & Supporting agents for generating life insurance business through them.
4- Target Achievements through agents
