We are In Phase International Ltd, managing a network of 10 eCommerce Shopify sites across the UK and Germany. We are looking for a Shopify expert to develop and implement a one-off abandoned basket recovery process, with the potential for ongoing work based on monthly reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement an abandoned basket recovery strategy across 10 Shopify sites, including setting up automated emails and personalised reminders.
Optimise the abandoned basket process using the latest tools and integrations available for Shopify, focusing on maximising cart recovery and sales conversions.
Collaborate with in-house SEO and marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies.
