Design, develop & testing of complex etl components using Ab-Initio
Translate business requirement into low level design
Proficient in metaprogramming and worked on generic etl patterns
Effective integration with upstream and downstream processes and systems
Ownership of etl developed application.
Ability to provide technical help to team members and participate and contribute to relevant technical standards
Along with ab-Initio, ability to learn quickly other technology like aws, python, spark etc.
Excellent at data warehousing concepts with experience in designing robust, scalable etl Solutions.
Primary Skills
Excellent at data warehousing Concepts with experience in etl Solutions.
Need to be the go-to person for abinitio tool and should know abinitio batch and continuous flows as well. This involves hands-on coding in agile environment
Participate in create designs for point to point etl data integration & data warehouse parts of the projects
Well versed in building sql queries and shell scripting in unix
Secondary Skills
Ability to liaise with stakeholders(BA/Architects/Other Teams etc) to understand the requirements and translate them into technical abinitio equivalent components
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Big data knowledge including Hive, Impala (Good to Have)
