What Will You Do?
Own ABM strategy and execution for target account lists in partnership with sales, including multi-touch campaigns, outbound support, and 1:1 or 1:few initiatives
Plan and launch lead generation programs across digital channels (email, paid social, content syndication, webinars, etc.) to drive MQLs and SQLs
Develop audience segmentation, messaging, and content strategies that align with buyer personas and journey stages
Use tools like 6sense, Marketo, and Salesforce to track engagement, score leads, and optimize campaign performance
Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure proper lead handoff, tracking, and follow-up
Test, measure, and optimize—constantly refine campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback from the field

What You Will Need
4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or ABM roles, ideally in SaaS or tech
Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, etc.), marketing automation (Marketo/Hubspot preferred), and CRM (Salesforce)
Proven ability to generate and convert pipeline through strategic targeting and campaign execution
Strong collaboration and communication skills—you’re comfortable working across marketing, sales, and product teams
Analytical mindset and results-driven approach—you know how to turn data into action
