Overview
SA Health is committed to recruiting, developing, and promoting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The Department is looking for motivated and dynamic people who can undertake a range of roles on a short-term, long-term, or ongoing basis (including opportunities for part-time or full-time employment).
The Aboriginal Employment Pool is being implemented by the SA Health Aboriginal Workforce and has been designed to better connect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seekers and existing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees within SA Health to job opportunities across SA Health.
SA Health offers flexible working arrangements and is developing culturally inclusive work environments to assist Aboriginal employees to better meet their work and family obligations.
Those appointed will be best matched against the information provided in the application form.
Appointment of positions will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
Screening and Immunisation Requirement will be dependent on the job role.
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
