- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive instructional Security Guard Courses with Students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the SOLGEN curriculum
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and educational best practices
Qualifications:
- SOLGEN Accreditation
- Teaching certification or licensure
- Proven experience as an instructor or teacher
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and instructional techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
