Repair and maintain appliances.
Plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of an energy management system hands-on work.
Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and equipment including, reciprocating chillers, 225ton and 1+0 ton rotary screw chillers, heat exchangers, fans and fan motors, pumps and pump motors, electric and pneumatic controls, and associated safety, over current and other equipment protection devices ensuring that they operate at peak efficiency and conserve energy usage
Perform any and all duties which may be assigned
Must perform duties and responsibilities of a Journeyman level mechanic with strong a background in HVAC and refrigeration equipment to include hands on experience in operating and troubleshooting industrial systems
Installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facilities cooling systems
