Responsibility
• Provide routine maintenance for air conditioning units, including changing filters, refilling non-toxic refrigerants, and cleaning air ducts.
• Good Knowledge of Water Cooler, Cold Room, Freezer, ICE Machine
• Functional knowledge of repairing and maintaining Cooling, refrigeration AHU, FCU, Exhaust Fan, VRV Units
• Balance air conditioning systems by adjusting controls to manufacturer-recommended settings and educating system owners on the proper use of their units.
• Developed preventative and general maintenance routines for commercial HVAC units that included tasks such as changing filters, vacuuming equipment, and cleaning units.
• Diagnosed problems in air conditioning units and performed the appropriate repairs to return them to good working order.
• Attends to repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment, such as reciprocating chillers, walk in cold rooms and freezer and other commercial/industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, engineering work, and Guest room repairs.
• Perform overall shift operation which includes guest rooms, public area, electrical and Mechanical works.
• Records daily log readings of cold rooms and refrigerators, ensuring proper operation of equipment.
