Fixail Care is a leading LG authorised service partner in the Koduvally region, Calicut. We are committed to providing exceptional repair services for all LG home appliances. We are looking for a AC & Home Appliance Technician trainee to join our team.
Job Summary: As an AC Technician Helper, you will work closely with experienced AC technicians to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Your role will involve assisting with various tasks, ensuring that all work is performed efficiently and to LG’s high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist lead technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning units and systems.
• Prepare and transport necessary tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
• Help diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting air filters and components.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and organized, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their AC system needs.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of service and repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and LG product advancements through training and development.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in HVAC is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems and components is preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
