We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all HVAC and refrigeration systems within the hotel, contributing to guest comfort and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of AC units, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, and refrigeration equipment.
Troubleshoot cooling issues and ensure optimal performance of all HVAC systems.
Respond to guest room and operational area maintenance requests promptly.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and record daily activities.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and energy-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs when required.
Assist Engineering team with other technical tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in HVAC systems, preferably in hotels or commercial properties.
Good understanding of electrical panels related to AC systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
