Job Description
• Implements and facilitates the Energy Management System (EMS and HVAC controls and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)
• Ensure backup copies of all programming software and available and up-to-date and all installation wiring diagrams are maintained with any changes to the systems
• Must be familiar with Johnson Controls, Siemens, and Alan Bradley Automated Control Systems including VAVs, VFDs, DX-+100 controllers
• As required monitor work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal code requirements and report back to supervisor
• Assign and distribute work orders and work requests
• Attend and participate in meetings regarding work to be done
