ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborating with Senior Management for strategy formulation
• Overlook & ensure quality delivery of all academic programs in the retail domain
• Monitor day-to-day functioning of batches/classes Pan-India
• Develop & foster effective collaboration with Mentors
• Liaison with the batch stakeholders & guide the team for student handling & coordination
• Identify areas where operations could be improved or enhanced through technology, organizational, and/or process change
• Working on the digitalization of the operation through the MyCoach platform and the mobile application.
MUST HAVE’S:
• 1-2 years of experience in Education / Ed-tech operations.
• Highly developed communication & organizational skills along with superior interpersonal skills
• Strong management & leadership skills & well-versed with nuances of leading a team
• Well-versed with Microsoft office software like Word, Powerpoint, Excel Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Jaipur – 302017, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
