Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Admin & Coordination Staff member to manage the communication between academic writers and student case managers. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of academic tasks, be able to identify suitable writers for different assignments, and ensure timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a coordination bridge between case managers and academic writers.
Understand assignment briefs and match them with the right writer based on subject expertise.
Ensure timely delivery of assignments to case managers and follow up regularly.
Perform basic quality checks – plagiarism check, AI content verification, and reference style accuracy.
Format tasks as per academic guidelines (font, layout, referencing, spacing, etc.).
Maintain proper task records and tracking sheets.
Support writers with assignment understanding if needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (preference for Management, IT, or English backgrounds).
Basic knowledge of academic writing and university task formats.
Familiar with plagiarism and AI detection tools (e.g., Turnitin, Grammarly, GPT detectors).
Ability to understand assignment briefs and match them with suitable writers.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Preferred:
Experience in an academic writing company or education consultancy.
Knowledge of referencing styles (APA, Harvard, etc.).
Comfortable with tools like MS Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
