Position - Academic Counsellor
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Making inbound and outbound calls.
2. Creating a sales pipeline and converting leads.
3. Upselling and cross-selling relevant courses to students.
4. Counseling of prospects and selling of different courses.
5. Ensuring post-sales servicing and responding to customer service calls.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills with great convincing power.
2. Confident in using MS Office and Google Products
3. Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener
Candidates with 1 to 3 years of Sales experience from multiple industries like Hospitality, Banking and EdTech ( EdTech is highly preferred) or Freshers can also apply and there are great chances of earning very high incentives on a monthly basis with 3x speed career growth to become leaders if there is consistent performance.
Applicants from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities will be preferred.
