Role Summary: As a Counselor, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your role involves reaching out to potential candidates, providing information about our courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process. We’re seeking an enthusiastic communicator who can inspire and engage future interior designers.
Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Reach out to leads generated through various channels (website inquiries, social media, etc.).
• Course Promotion: Explain our interior design programs, curriculum, faculty, and career prospects.
• Lead Conversion: Nurture leads, address queries, and encourage enrollment.
• Maintain Records: Keep detailed call records and progress reports.
• Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with interested candidates.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with our admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum 12th grade or higher education.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in the English, Kannada and Hindi language (spoken and written).
• Enthusiasm: Passionate about interior design and education.
• Empathy: Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance.
