Job Description
• Developing content with SME's using Instructional Design Principles for different new products from scratch
• Creating a detailed work plan by identifying and sequencing activities required to deliver the new product by owning the end-to-end development cycle.
• Guiding and managing SME's to create, develop, and deliver an educational experience for learners (to improve their skill level) with new courses.
• Content creation, reviewing and auditing of the contents (lesson plans, visual aids, missed class videos, projects, class summaries, and email summaries) or storyboard created by SME's, and class assets from an instructional design perspective.
• Applying pedagogy or andragogy approach based on the target audience and added value to the new as well as the existing content by re-engineering and improving its value proposition, and engagement.
• Development of an LMS system for the students, validating its content, testing, monitoring the progress of students, analysis of the data.
