LINC Education is seeking experienced Academic Content Writers for Bachelor’s and Master’s level programs in the Hospitality Management domain. This is an exciting freelance position / part-time opportunity to work with international universities of high repute. The candidate will be responsible for writing week-wise content, designing/reviewing subject maps, developing assignments and supporting the course developers as the Subject Matter Expert for Hospitality ManagementThis job requires subject matter expertise and is suitable for academicians, PhD researchers, and university professors.Responsibility:Design curriculum and weekly plan (subject map),based on the syllabus and learning outcomes providedCreate Teaching Material (presentation Decks) for synchronous online sessionsWrite original weekly content based on the subject map created or developedDevelop assignments and, marking rubrics based on the subject map and learning outcomes Produce original content and ensure delivery of non-plagiarized work at any pointCooperate with the Program Leads and Learning Designers to ensure timely delivery and authenticity of the contentThe SME will be provided with templates in MS Word / Google Docs.Desired candidate profileMaster's Degree (or higher) in a related discipline from a reputable university; 5 years of relevant teaching and/or content writing experience work experience for higher education courses in a cognate disciplineAt least 2 years of relevant content writing experience at the higher education level; Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written; Knowledge of online learning resources and ability to research authentic academic resources on the internet.What's on offer?The role offers a competitive remuneration between INR 20,000 - 30,000 per subject (based on committed weekly time and project parameters) plus performance-based incentives of up to 20%, taking the total compensation up to Rs. 35,000 for each subject.Each subject/course is required to be completed within 2-3 weeks, the role will be part-time, contract-based, and requires 40 - 60 hours of effort in all.The professional benefits include Interaction with high-quality global university faculty; Acknowledgment certificate on completion of the project; High-performingSMEs will have the opportunity to teach the subject for the global universities.Selection processTo apply, submit your resume to recruitment@linceducation.com Thereafter, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a consultation call with LINC Education, followed by a short test and an onboarding session with the academic lead appointed by our university partner.
