Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Hindi Content Writer to develop engaging, curriculum-aligned educational materials for students from Kindergarten to Grade 8. The role requires a deep understanding of NEP 2020, NCF principles, child-centric learning, and competency-based education
Curriculum-Aligned Content Development:
Create engaging and age-appropriate Hindi language content (textbooks, worksheets, stories, poems, lesson plans, assessments, and digital resources).
Align content with NEP 2020 and NCF 2026, ensuring skill-based and experiential learning.
Activity-Based & Interactive Learning Materials:
Develop activities, storytelling, and real-life application-based exercises.
Incorporate multidisciplinary learning, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
Language and Pedagogical Accuracy:
Ensure grammatically correct and pedagogically sound content.
Use simple, engaging, and culturally relevant language to enhance comprehension.
Integration of Technology & Digital Learning:
Develop content for e-learning platforms (quizzes, scripts for animated videos, and interactive digital exercises). Work with designers and video creators for multimedia resources.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Design formative and summative assessments based on competency-based learning outcomes.
Ensure assessment methodologies are aligned with experiential learning and higher- order thinking skills (HOTS)
