We are urgently hiring for Academic Coordinator for Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune.
To plan, coordinate, and monitor all activities related to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) process, ensuring continuous quality improvement in academic and administrative performance. The coordinator will serve as the central point of contact for all NAAC-related documentation, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with departments and faculty for Criterion-wise data collection.
• Maintain documentation and evidence for all NAAC criteria/attributes.
• Use IT skills (MSCIT certified) to maintain digital records, dashboards, and data repositories for NAAC metrics.
• Develop and manage Excel/Google Sheet-based templates, NAAC Data Portals, and IQAC documentation systems.
• Assist in preparing Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQARs).
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and external agencies.
• Ensure adherence to NAAC timelines and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong IT Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Data Management Tools)
• MSCIT certified — capable of maintaining digital documentation and portals
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical and data interpretation skills
• Knowledge of NAAC process, SSR/AQAR formats, and institutional accreditation standards.
• MSCIT certification is mandatory
