Key Responsibilities
Academic Design & Development
Curate and design course content: plans, PPTs, recorded lectures, exercises, and handouts.
Align content with academic frameworks — COs, POs, PSOs — and update regularly based on R&D.
Coordination & Delivery
Own the timetable and delivery schedule for multiple centers and partner universities.
Ensure learning journeys are mapped to student knowledge levels using creative teaching tools.
Collaboration & Impact
Partner with national/international institutions and industry experts for live projects and guest sessions.
Be the academic bridge between HODs, university officials, and industry mentors.
Support admission drives, student inductions, and promotional events.
Administrative Excellence
Ensure seamless coordination of formats, layouts, and academic records.
Innovate on delivery formats with a focus on engagement and industry alignment.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related fields.
A flair for instructional design, digital learning tools, and academic coordination.
Outstanding communication and multitasking skills.
2–5 years of relevant experience (bonus if in higher education or EdTech).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
