MAIN JOB PURPOSE

As an Academic Coordinators one will be responsible for effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks. will have to work towards the development of a positive work environment – one that is innovative and caters to student needs

Key Responsibility Area of Academic Coordinator:

· Effective curriculum planning and it’s delivery.

· Monitoring the planned curriculum on daily and weekly basis.

· Monitoring departmental goals and its growth.

· Defining learning outcomes of students at each level.

· Manage orientation, training and workshops for latest appraisal in teaching pedagogies.

· Define Examination department as an active entity for assessment of student and teacher performance.

· Partner with Parents in enhancing the learners performance through regular involvement and feedback.

Educational qualifications:

Any Diploma/Graduation or equivalent, in academic field
Experience in education, such as counseling, business, finance, curriculum planning, public relations, guidance counseling or learning
