What You’ll Do:
• Counsel students & parents on PW courses
• Conduct face-to-face & telephonic counselling sessions
• Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into admissions
• Provide personalized guidance aligned with student goals
• Maintain student records & ensure timely follow-ups
• Collaborate in academic events, seminars & engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• Graduate in any discipline (Education/Counselling preferred)
• 1–3 years’ experience in counselling, student support, or inside sales
• Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Bengali)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player
• Willing to work from office
