Roles and Responsibilities Counselling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with prospects Counseling the students as per their eligibility and requirement Calling on various leads database to generate and convert Attend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries into walk-ins Advise students on career choices Able to achieve monthly targets. Identify the correct prospect according to the eligibility standards & convert it into a sale. Regular follow-up on inquiries received. Mentor students by resolving queries and other problems Helping students with Enrollment Procedure Responsible for operations processes and formalities at the centre Responsible for upkeep of CRM/Data and centre aesthetics Coordinating in smooth functioning of Centre Maximum achievement of goals and service levelsDesired Candidate Profile FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY. Graduate in any discipline, Experience of min 1 year, Enthusiastic, Assertive, Ambitious. NECESSARY to be FLUENT in ENGLISH Candidates with experience in IELTS Coaching institute, Visa advice services will be a plus.
