Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Academic Counselor to join our team and support students in achieving their educational and personal goals. The Academic Counselor will work closely with students to provide individualized guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways, while also offering support in areas such as time management, study strategies, and goal setting. This role requires collaboration with faculty and student services to identify at-risk students, monitor academic progress, and connect students with appropriate campus resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate a genuine commitment to student success, and have a solid understanding of academic policies and student development. A background in education, counseling, or a related field is essential, with experience in an academic advising role strongly preferred.
