Job Description - Academic Counselor
Handle the end to end admission process.
Cold Calling / Outbound Dialling
First point of contact to connect with Students for Counselling
Career Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone emails, and in-Person if required, during the admission process
Entitled for Telephonic Counselling, Video Counselling if required.
Guiding students to choose the right course/ Programs based on their Interests.
Regular follow up with leads
Converting leads and inquiries to successful Admissions/Registrations
Supporting sales team during campus admission during admission season
Developing & maintaining relationships with existing & prospective students/parents.
The process involves counselling the students; follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations
Any other assignments from the management time to time
Location -Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru
Days of working - Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
