Job Title: Academic Counselor
Location: Bengaluru
Working Days & Hours: 6 Days Working | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 6 months (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Academic Counselors to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling and converting leads for our UG/PG online education programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and their parents via phone calls and online platforms.
Understand students’ academic and career goals to recommend appropriate UG/PG programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for course inquiries and follow-ups.
Convert leads into admissions by providing proper guidance and ensuring regular follow-up.
Maintain a database of student leads and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets of counseling and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or edtech sales.
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English are a must.
Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
