Academic Counsellor We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in counselling and be familiar with various educational programs, counselling students and parents regarding the best options, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality educational experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand various courses and career options.
Assist students with information related to courses and guide them in the right direction for their educational advancement.
Counselling students for course selection and preparing follow-up and monitoring progress for all the students assigned.
Prepare, and enter data into CRM, and ensure its accuracy.
Requirements:
Proven 0-3 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Education, psychology, social work or a related field.
Should be proficient in multiple languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, etc
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skill.
Knowledge of educational policy and regulations.
Have a natural knack for convincing others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Work Location: Learntech Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. #80 (Old No.4), 'D' Main, East End, +th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore 560041
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
