Title: Business Development Executive/ Academic Counselor (Inside Sales)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (Fixed) + Attractive Monthly Incentives + Yearly Bonus

Role Overview:
We are seeking proactive and persuasive Business Development Executives who can effectively consult and guide professionals toward the right upskilling opportunities. This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving admissions through consultative selling and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with 80–100 prospective learners daily via calls and video consultations.
Understand the career goals and upskilling needs of potential candidates.
Provide detailed course information and counsel them on the best-fit programs.
Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all interactions in CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Freshers who are passionate about a career in consultative sales.
Sales professionals from any industry looking to transition into EdTech.
Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech.
Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about continuous learning.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
