Job Description
We are Looking for smart and dynamic folks who possess a strong desire of learning in life and who has great convincing skills. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Candidates Should:-
have Excellent Fluency in English and Hindi language
be able to communicate with clients, clearly and confidently
be good at Writing Messages, emails, and Creative copies
be Great at handling and managing the students and teachers
Role:-
Explain to the parents and handle the objections to close admissions
Take care of pre & post admission formalities, including class setup and scheduling
handle inbound and outbound inquiry calls and do the followups
Coordinate and Negotiate
Should be willing to work Monday - Saturday, + - 7 pm as the wroking time slot.
Our requirements?
1) We are happy to work with those with any formal degrees, and even those that don't have one but are competent in the above-stated factors
2) Freshers can apply, and so can those with up to 3 yrs of experience in sales and operations
3) Candidate should have a strong desire to learn and excel
4) Should have an open mind and attitude towards learning and working together
5) We want folks interested in joining immediately. The entire hiring process can be wrapped up in 48 hrs or less
