Role Description:
This is a full-time role as a Counselor at Esro Magica. As a Counselor, your daily tasks will include providing guidance and support to students, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, and helping students navigate their educational and personal challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counseling to students interested in pursuing a career in the space field.
- Guide students through academic and career decisions related to space sciences.
- Assist in the development of personalized academic and career plans.
- Stay updated on advancements in space sciences to provide accurate information to students.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance students' understanding of space-related careers.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and industry professionals to create networking
opportunities for students.
- Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in providing counseling or mentorship
Knowledge of space and astronomy education
Empathy and understanding of student needs
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Excellent problem-solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Relevant degree in Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
