Key Responsibilities:

5. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding monthly enrollment targets.
6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to foster trust and confidence in the institution and its programs.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment status using CRM software.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Proven experience in inside sales, educational counseling, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and influence prospective students.
5. Empathetic and patient approach towards understanding students’ needs and concerns.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
