Roles & Responsibilities
· Identify relevant references from student-data and reach out to prospective students via telephone
· Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling over phone
· Advise students/ parents for their MBA needs through structured counselling sessions and conduct follow-ups
· Explain admission procedures and courses offered by the college to prospective students
Must-Have Skills:
· Excellent communications skills (English & Hindi)
· Interpersonal skills
· Inherent ability to have engaging conversations
· Deep understanding of objection-handling techniques
· Self-starter & ability to execute high velocity closures
Preffered Skills
· Experience into telephonic counselling or telesales
· BPO/contact centre background & sales experience preferred
· Edu-Tech student counselling background will be a plus
· Graduate in any stream
· Comfort & knowledge of Microsoft Office (for data management)
Job Type:
· Full time/Permanent
· 6 Days Working (Monday-Saturday)
· Day Shift (+:30 AM-6:30 PM)
· On-Site (NDIM Campus)
Salary: As per industry standards (Fixed Salary/Not Target Based
