Job Title: Academic Counselor
Location: Pune
Working Days & Timings: 6 Days a Week | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in EdTech/Academic Counseling/Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication is a must
Age Limit: Up to 32 years
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Counselor who will be responsible for guiding and converting leads into admissions for UG & PG online courses. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and a student-centric approach.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students over calls, emails, and online platforms about available UG/PG programs
Understand student needs and guide them to choose the right course based on their career goals
Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely closures of enrollments
Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions and conversions
Work towards achieving weekly/monthly admission targets
Handle inquiries professionally and convert them into admissions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for enrolled students
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling or telesales (preferably EdTech)
Freshers with excellent spoken English and a passion for counseling can apply
Must be target-oriented, energetic, and self-driven
Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
