We are looking for dynamic and career-driven professionals to join our team as Academic Counsellors – Edtech Sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students and converting inquiries into successful enrollments through structured counseling and consultative selling.
This role is performance-oriented and offers attractive hybrid incentives along with fixed salary.

Working Schedule
• 6 Days Working
• Saturday & Sunday – Mandatory Working Days
• 1 Fixed Weekday Off (Between Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound leads
• Convert inquiries into admissions
• Follow up with leads regularly
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
Candidate Requirements
• Young professionals / Freshers looking to build a career in Sales
• Proficient in English (Mandatory)
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have own Laptop and Smartphone
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred
