Description
ACADEMIC COUNSELOR
(A Great Opportunity to Learn & Teach Project-Based-Learning)
About Us
(Start with this Presentation to get a comprehensive overview of our School)
The Polymath School is Mumbai's first K-12 Project-Based-Learning (PBL) School.
In projects that typically last 3-4 months, we integrate rich content, 21st-century skills and human values in the context of a real-life problem or a challenge. The interdisciplinary nature of projects, along with the real-life context, makes learning come alive for students and educators
(Examples - Organic Farming Project, "Building a Frog Habitat").
Even though we are a school, we try to maintain a start-up culture. The reason for that is simple - if we want our students to develop life-skills like critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, etc., we, the facilitators (educators), need to live it ourselves.
