Job Description
We are looking for an Academic Director at Bright Bal Gokulam Foundation (BBGF, Ahmedabad) - aligned with our purpose – to drive, implement and set into motion the vision of the Centre of Excellence for ECCE set by the Board. You will get an opportunity to build from the ground up a first-of-its-kind, uniquely positioned BBGF Sanctuary iconic institution for the rest of the country and world to look up to.
The Academic Director will provide strategic leadership and operational management of all Academic Programs for the BBGF’s flagship initiative with a focus on driving, implementing, and setting into motion the vision of the Foundation for ECCE set up by the Board of Directors.
The Academic Director will be responsible for overseeing academic aspects, namely curriculum, pedagogy and program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs, teacher training program, budgeting, staff management, partnership building, parent enrichment program and compliance with local and Intellectual property regulations while designing BBGF’s programs. These programs will be offered during school (to classes catering to 7 academic programs) and after-school (for parents and the larger ECCE community) hours on campus. The larger vision is to be able to offer BBGF’s signature programs to schools that are keen to adopt an IKS-led ECCE framework.
