Salary
• Up to 25k
Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and learning programmes.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and leads generated by marketing
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolments.
• Maintain CRM and update student interaction records
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Sales mindset with student-first approach
• Basic knowledge of Ed-Tech / education industry (preferred)

For Experienced Candidates (Additional):
• Prior experience in Ed-Tech / Education counselling
• Proven record of lead conversion and target achievement
• Familiarity with CRM tools
