Admin Executive – Student Guidance & Support
We seek a dedicated Admin Executive to deliver personalized academic guidance and career support to students. This role focuses on aligning academic pathways with students' interests, strengths, and aspirations, while partnering with parents and educators to foster holistic development and achievement.
Key Responsibilities of the position:
Advise students on course selection that aligns with their career goals and personal strengths.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to enhance student motivation, academic success, and well-being.
Assist parents in establishing educational objectives and actionable strategies for their child's progress.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to address and overcome academic challenges.
Facilitate virtual one-on-one sessions, webinars, and group discussions on academic planning.
Coach students in surmounting obstacles and developing effective study habits.
Remain current on global educational trends and admission processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions and progress.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Counseling, or a post-grad diploma in Counseling Psychology (or similar).
Experience:
At least 2 years in academic counseling or related work.
If you've been in EdTech, coaching centers, or universities.
Skills Required
Great at communicating and connecting with people.
Empathetic and focused on what students need.
Comfortable with diverse backgrounds.
Tech-friendly, especially virtual tools (a plus!).
Strong at solving problems and motivating others.
Pay: ₹8,804.28 - ₹45,000.00 per month
