• design structure, systems, and standards
• ensure quality delivery across trainers, batches, and courses
• track performance, outcomes, and student progress
• challenge mediocrity and raise the bar
• think like a leader, not like an employee
You must be comfortable working closely with the CEO, taking pressure, making decisions, and executing fast. If you need micromanagement, this is not for you. If you like building something meaningful from the core, this is for you.
System thinking, discipline, and clarity matter more than fancy titles.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Manager located in Kochi. The Academic Manager will oversee educational programs, manage the development and implementation of curricula, and ensure the quality of training delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with instructors, monitoring student progress, and updating academic materials to align with industry standards. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, providing guidance to students, and analyzing educational outcomes to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
• Proven expertise in Educational Management and Curriculum Development
• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
• Background in Education and a solid understanding of teaching methodologies
• Ability to manage and coordinate academic programs and mentor students effectively
• Proficiency in staying updated with trends in cybersecurity education and industry needs
• Experience in managing training delivery and ensuring quality educational outcomes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (preferred)
