ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborating with Senior Management for strategy formulation
Overlook & ensure quality delivery of all academic programs in the retail domain
Monitor day-to-day functioning of batches/classes Pan-India
Develop & foster effective collaboration with Mentors
Liaison with the batch stakeholders & guide the team for student handling & coordination
Identify areas where operations could be improved or enhanced through technology, organizational, and/or process change
Working on the digitalization of the operation through the MyCoach platform and the mobile application.
MUST HAVE’S:
1-2 years of experience in Education / Ed-tech operations.
Highly developed communication & organizational skills along with superior interpersonal skills
Strong management & leadership skills & well-versed with nuances of leading a team
Well-versed with Microsoft office software like Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Office.
