Job Description: The role involves assisting the Academic Team in developing high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences for students enrolled in various programs awarded by internationally accredited universities. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, exceptional content development skills, and experience in conducting research and auditing academic content to ensure it meets international standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine course materials, including course outlines, lecture notes, and multimedia content, ensuring alignment with program objectives and international academic standards.
• Incorporate relevant industry trends and practical insights into course content, ensuring the materials are current and applicable to real-world scenarios.
• Conduct comprehensive research to support content development, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and grounded in the latest academic and industry knowledge.
• Audit and review course deliverables to maintain consistency, quality, and academic standards, providing feedback and revisions as necessary.
• Support the Academic Team in the design and implementation of assessments, including quizzes,and assignments to measure student learning outcomes accurately.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of course materials and assessments, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Engage with faculty and instructional designers to ensure that learning resources are accessible, engaging, and aligned with the diverse needs of a global student population.

Qualification and Skills:
• Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
