-Handling the team of 4-5 People
-Enrolling the maximum amount of students for the batch (JAVA Batch, python batch etc. )
-Ability to understand the business and business needs
-Ability to handle the pressure
-Ability to Multitask
-Positive attitude
-Ability to understand the loophole
Responsibilities and Duties
-Generating the revenue for the company by selling the courses directly to the students.
-Regular follow up through phone, email etc Assessing student goals.
-Will be responsible for counselling students and handling their queries.
Handling student enquiries,
-Understanding the customers' needs and counselling regarding our courses and helping them for course selection.
interacting with walk in guide them properly
Generating leads, cold calling, daily attendance of batches, batch formation Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Experience with career counselling, admission counselling, IT course counselling will be a plus Effective oral and written communication skills.
Strong work ethics and convincing power
Ability to work with various departments and faster teamwork. Interacting with trainer, student and rest of the department.
Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal guidance.
