Job Description
This is a full time remote role for an Academic Services Coordinator
[Freshers/ less than 2 years experience].
Remuneration
Work from Home opportunity - 2L per annum to 2.5L per annum (15k to 18k per month)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Keep a detailed account of leads generated.
- Contact leads promptly and ensure the provision of demos.
- Call numbers provided in the database regularly.
- Maintain records of calls
- Ensure consistent follow-up with leads.
- Ensure successful conversion of leads.
- Maintain payment and hourly schedule or timetable of tutors.
- Keep track of teachers recruited and maintain their information in a database.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between students, parents, and tutors.
- Coordinate logistics for tutoring sessions and ensure smooth communication.
- Send bulk messages via email and WhatsApp to contacts provided.
- Handle communication with principals of other schools for collaboration opportunities.
- Report to the Academic Head for day-to-day operations and tasks.
- Report to the management for strategic planning and decision-making
