Academic Services Coordinator

he position requires the candidate to travel to our schools across Rajasthan. Their main responsibility includes working towards the professional development of teachers through rigorous training and providing ongoing support.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and Deliver Training Programs

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop engaging, comprehensive training programs tailored to meet organizational and educational goals.

• Conduct training sessions effectively, both in-person and virtually, ensuring maximum knowledge transfer and engagement.

Curriculum Implementation and Monitoring

• Oversee the consistent execution of the curriculum across various schools, ensuring adherence to prescribed standards.

• Regularly observe classroom teaching sessions, offering constructive feedback and actionable guidance to improve teaching methods and delivery.

Teacher Development and Support

• Work closely with teachers to enhance their skills in classroom delivery, instructional techniques, and classroom management strategies.

• Provide ongoing professional development opportunities, empowering teachers to excel in their roles.

Process Improvement and Innovation

• Explore and recommend innovative strategies to enhance existing processes for more effective curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or Technology (B.Tech.), preferably with a focus on Science and Technology.

• Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of practical, hands-on experience.
