We are looking for a passionate individual with a focus on teaching Health education through all 3 years of study.
You will be part of a collaborative nursing and support team, working together to motivate and empower students on their Bachelor of Nursing pathway. If you're passionate about education and want to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!
The key responsibilities for the role are:
Extensive Nursing knowledge
Highly developed communication, organizational, and planning skill's
A student-focused teaching approach that engages and inspires learners
The ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs
A supportive and inclusive attitude, fostering a positive learning environment
Desired:
Experience in curriculum development and tertiary teaching
About you / He kōrero mōu
To be successful in this role you will need:
Registered Nurse with a current APC
Teaching Certificate (or willingness to complete)
Minimum 5 years clinical experience
Previous education experience, either in tertiary education or similar preferred.
Master’s degree in nursing or working towards.
