Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Academic Tutors to join our team to support students in grades 6–12 across a variety of subjects including Math, English, French,Science, and Social Studies. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help students succeed. Preference will be given to candidates with an Ontario Teacher’s Certificate (OCT) or those in the process of obtaining it.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group academic tutoring for students in grades 6–12
Tailor lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet individual student needs and curriculum standards
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Communicate regularly with parents and the Campass team regarding student development
Maintain accurate records of sessions and student performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or relevant subject area
Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification preferred (or currently in progress)
Experience teaching or tutoring students in grades 6–12
Strong knowledge of the Ontario Curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and committed to student success

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
